By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the App and provide you with a seamless experience. This includes:
Account information — your email address when you login using Google
Profile information — optional details such as preferred name, gender, occupation, and phone number
Device information — device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers, used to ensure app compatibility and security
Location data — approximate or precise location when you perform shelf photography tasks, to verify task completion at retail locations. Location access is only used when you are actively using the App.
Reward & transaction data — your points balance, redeemed rewards, and related transaction history.
App usage data — pages visited, task history, and feature interactions to help us improve the App.
3. Photos and task submissions
The core functionality of our App requires you to take photos of retail shelves. Here is how we handle those images:
Photos are submitted through the App to verify task completion and award points to your account.
Submitted photos are used solely for quality review and task validation purposes.
Photos should capture retail shelf arrangements — please avoid inadvertently capturing other individuals' faces or identifiable personal information.
We use camera access only when you actively initiate a photo task within the App.
The App requests camera and storage permissions on your Android device. You may manage these permissions at any time through your device's Settings.
4. How we use your data
Your personal data is used for the following purposes:
To create and manage your user account.
To assign tasks, track photo submissions, and credit your account with reward points.
To process rewards and deliver vouchers or gifts upon points redemption.
To communicate with you about your account, tasks, and rewards via email or in-app notifications.
